This Website provides information about us, menu, online ordering service, store location and how to contact us.

2. Eligibility and Registration

If you are under the age of 18 years old or not capable of assuming legal responsibility, you should seek advice from your parents or guardians as to the meaning and consequences of these Terms of Use before using any of the services offered by NeNe Chicken Hong Kong. By registering for this service, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Use. 

NeNe Chicken Hong Kong has the absolute discretion to refuse the registration of a potential customer, or to terminate the registration of any customer, for any reason whatsoever.

3. Personal Information Collection Statement

When you use and/or register as a member of this Website, you may have to provide to NeNe Chicken Hong Kong your information (including but not limited to your name, gender, birthday, contact details, email address and living district) ("Data"). You agree to provide to NeNe Chicken Hong Kong such information voluntarily.

If the information you provided is incomplete or incorrect, NeNe Chicken Hong Kong will be unable to register you or provide or continue to provide related services, or may not allow you to enter or may discontinue your use of this Website. 4. Product Information

Menu is valid for takeaway only. NeNe Chicken Hong Kong shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products contained in the website are correct but NeNe Chicken Hong Kong reserves the right to vary the price and other product details without notice.

Halal meal or veganism is not served in NeNe Chicken Hong Kong. Items supplied in NeNe Chicken Hong Kong where crustacean, egg, fish, peanut, milk and nut products are also provided. NeNe Chicken Hong Kong is unable to guarantee that any item sold or supplied is free from ingredients derived from animals, nuts or other allergens. There is always a risk that such ingredients, or traces of them, may be transferred to items during processing, storage or preparation. 

You have to submit your order on this website at least 12-hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Under general circumstances, the order pickup time is between 1:00pm and 9:00pm every day which may change due to operational status of the particular store(s). When the selected store becomes unavailable for pickup at certain dates and time slots, NeNe Chicken Hong Kong will contact the customer to arrange alternative pickup time. All orders shall be deemed completed once the order has been delivered and duly paid for.

5. Online Ordering

You will be liable for every order made under your login name and agree to indemnify NeNe Chicken Hong Kong for all claims arising from the actions of a person submitting an order using your login name (including the unauthorised use of your email address by a third party).

NeNe Chicken Hong Kong reserves the right to decline any order it may, in its opinion, consider unreliable having checked the user's history or the payment details submitted for that particular order.

You can change your pickup date/time, pickup store at least 24 hour prior to the scheduled pickup time while the items cannot be changed. Upon completion of the order, any change of order will not be entertained.

Once the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund can be made.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discount and cash coupons.

6. Online Payment

Payment for products ordered through the Online Ordering service can be made online. The transaction currency in NeNe Chicken Hong Kong is HKD.

We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.

If you have registered “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard Secure Code” service at your card issuing bank, a message will appear on the payment page to ask you to enter your password for verification of your credit card before processing the credit card payment.

We do not collect or keep your credit card information. If you choose to save your credit card information for express checkout, you agree and accept that the information will be encrypted and stored by the third party payment service providers.

After completing the payment process, credit card payment will be processed IMMEDIATELY. No change can be made on the order afterwards.

7. Pick up

Please bring along your order confirmation via electronic means/hard copy to the pickup store to pick up your order at the scheduled time. You can forward your e-order receipt or email to your friend. Anyone who shows the order receipt or email by mobile phone or hard copy will be deemed your authorized representative. 

If the order is not being picked up within 1 hour (please take note of the opening hours of pickup store) from the selected pickup time specified on the order, the order will be deemed forfeited and no refund will be made.

8. Return of products or refund

Not all pictures of products on this website will correspond exactly to the product and you shall not be entitled to refuse a product simply because it does not correspond exactly to its online picture.

Product quantity will be varied by supply of ingredients. If product cannot be delivered on pick up date, we will contact customers to arrange alternative product for replacing the original one. If that product value is exceeding the original one, customers need to make up the difference during pick up.

We shall use our best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported either calling the shop within one hour of picking up of the products:

If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if a product which was ordered and charged is not included in the delivery, or if an incorrect product is delivered in that product's place NeNe Chicken Hong Kong shall, at your option, either refund you the value of that product or deliver the product at no cost to you.

If any product which was not included in your order is delivered to you by mistake, NeNe Chicken Hong Kong reserves the right to collect the incorrect product at no charge to you.

If you are charged more than the value of a product, NeNe Chicken Hong Kong shall refund you the difference through the original payment method (e.g. credit card).

All replacement products shall be delivered in the shortest possible time after you have requested replacement in accordance with these Terms of Use.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

This website and any information available on it, including text, graphics, icons, images and trademarks, are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights owned or controlled by NeNe Chicken Hong Kong or by third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, upload, download, transmit, store in retrieval system, modify, alter or display in public or distribute in any way the contents or any part of this site for any purpose without our prior written permission.

Whilst we shall use our best efforts to ensure that your order is correctly and satisfactorily fulfilled under the Online Ordering service, and we will deal with any discrepancies as set out in these Terms of Use, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law NeNe Chicken Hong Kong disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to NeNe Chicken Hong Kong 's products, including without limitation the availability, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any product or ingredient.

In no event shall NeNe Chicken Hong Kong be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.

No agent or representative of NeNe Chicken Hong Kong is authorised to make any warranties, representations or statements regarding the products or the Online Ordering service and NeNe Chicken Hong Kong shall not in any way be bound by any such unauthorised warranties, representations or statements.

To the extent permitted by law, NeNe Chicken Hong Kong shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence) out of any use of, or inability to use, this website (including the Online Payment system).
